2 x Follow-up Consultations
Comprehensive functional testing and analysis of salivary hormones
Bloodwork pathology referral and analysis
Comprehensive Fertility Awareness Method education and chart assessment
Practitioner only supplement referrals throughout

Jill's clinic days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 6pm AEST

My goal is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. As such, a cancellation policy enables me to better utilise available appointments for my patients in need of this service.

Please be courteous and notify me by email if you are unable to attend an appointment at least two working days prior to your scheduled appointment. I will then be able to allocate this time to someone on my waiting list. Please note that if you miss or cancel an appointment inside the 48 hours, 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.
